Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in an inpatient rehab setting. You will develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a team dedicated to improving communication abilities.

Current state licensure or certification is required, with CCC certification and CPR within 30 days of hire. A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s with relevant field experience.

• CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Certification).
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
