Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team full-time or part-time with weekend coverage. You will help patients overcome speech and language challenges using advanced therapy techniques in a supportive setting.

We value compassionate care, ongoing education, and collaboration with a nationwide leader in post-acute care. A state license, ASHA CCC, and CPR certification are required or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized treatment plans for speech and language patients.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track, document, and report patient progress and treatment response.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes.
