Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the journey.
