Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville seeks a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to patients in an inpatient setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized therapy plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include state licensure, CCC, CPR, and a master's degree preferred (or bachelor's with field experience).

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
• CCC certification completed.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed.
• Tracking patient progress and documenting responses to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience

CCC Certification
