Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients regain communication skills in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy.

Applicants must hold state licensure (CCC preferred) and CPR certification, with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to meet patient goals.
• Track, document and communicate patient progress and outcomes.
• Celebrate patient victories and promote a supportive therapy environment.
