Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs, develop personalized plans, and document progress. You will adapt therapies to improve communication outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR within 30 days of hire; a Master’s degree is preferred or a Bachelor’s with field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence) completed or in process.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
