Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans helping patients overcome speech and language challenges in a supportive, technology-forward environment. You will document progress, adapt therapy as needed, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s with field experience

Qualifications

• Current licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist per state regulations.
• CCC certification completed or in good standing.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Track progress and document patient performance and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and maintain compassionate patient care.
