Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and administer personalized therapy for patients with speech and language needs in a compassionate inpatient setting. You will work within a nationwide rehabilitation leader known for patient-focused care and collaborative teamwork.

Required credentials include CCC certification and state licensure, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a master’s degree preferred or a bachelor’s with field

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
