Job summary

Louisville East Post Acute is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to work PRN across the facility's Pathways TBI, Sub Acute Rehab and LTC Units. In this role you will evaluate and treat Residents, communicate with Families, Physicians and health team members, and maintain documentation in medical records to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Therapist with current state license.

PRN Speech-Language Therapist responsibilities will include communicating with Families, Physicians and other Health team members.
