Job summary

Louisville East Post Acute is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Therapist to provide PRN services across our facility, including Pathways TBI, Sub Acute Rehab and LTC units.

You will evaluate and treat residents, communicate with families and physicians, and maintain documentation in the medical records as directed by the Director of Therapy to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

Louisville East Post Acute is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist as PRN.

Pay Rate $50.00 USD Hourly

A Louisville East Post Acute PRN Speech Therapist will be expected to evaluate and treat Residents throughout the facility in our Pathways TBI, Sub Acute Rehab and LTC Units. PRN Speech-Language Therapist responsibilities will include communicating with Families, Physicians and other Health team members. To maintain documentation of services in the medical records and as may be required by the Director of Therapy to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
