Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Valid license as a speech-language pathologist granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) or Bachelor’s degree and valid Texas Education Agency speech therapy certificate.
• Ability to use tests and measurements to assess communication disorders and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct independent evaluations and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with ARD committees to interpret data and set goals.
• Consult with teachers and parents to support communication development.
• Develop and implement therapy plans and clinical management strategies.
