Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Missouri to join a dedicated rehabilitation team. The role focuses on evaluating and treating swallowing and communication disorders, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and collaborative planning.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or ability to obtain before starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop and implement treatment programs based on clinical evaluations.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team under medical orders.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans.
• Treat residents one-on-one to provide individualized sessions with functional-based approaches.
