Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Missouri is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, helping patients improve function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state SLP license.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Prior speech therapy experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy for articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accurately.
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
