Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Special Education team in California. The position offers a starting salary of $110,000–$125,000 per year plus a $2,000 Annual Education Stipend, with final offers based on experience.

You will provide high-quality, individualized speech therapy services, write IEP goals, attend meetings, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, educators, and other specialists to support students'

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech pathology or closely related field.
• Licensed SLP credential in good standing.
• CA state credential preferred.
• Crisis management training certification preferred.
• Experience in school-based speech therapy or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech therapy services tailored to individual students.
• Write IEP goals and interventions and monitor student progress.
• Attend IEP meetings with families and school district representatives.
• Maintain accurate case records and timely billing documentation.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists and families to support communication goals.
