Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for on-site school-based services in California. The role emphasizes ethical, legally compliant assessments, collaboration with IEP teams, and writing goals aligned with curricular standards.

Candidates with a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and CA licensure are preferred; fingerprint and TB clearances are required. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for supervision

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
