Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a Regional Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver high-quality speech therapy across multiple Southern California locations. Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech pathology or closely related field.
• Licensed or in process of obtaining SLP credential.
• CA state credential preferred for education specialist.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain crisis management training.
• Experience with IEPs and speech therapy in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to identify needs and service levels.
• Develop individualized speech therapy plans based on assessments.
• Set collaborative, student-centered goals with families and educators.
• Monitor progress with data-driven assessments and reports.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain timely documentation and billing in line with policies.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to integrate goals.
• Travel between Spectrum School locations to provide support and oversight.
