Job summary
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs in Southern California is seeking a Regional Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our award‑winning Special Education team and support students across multiple school locations. The starting salary is $110,000–$125,000/year with a $2,000 annual education stipend.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Licensed or pursuing SLP credential (CA).
- Experience with IEPs and special education.
- Strong communication with families and teams.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate students to identify speech-language needs and service levels.
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans.
- Set collaborative, student-centered goals with families and educators.
- Monitor progress with data-driven assessments and report to families.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and document sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers for goal generalization.
- Travel between Spectrum School locations to provide hands-on support and oversight.
