Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year in California. CFs welcome; Master’s in SLP required. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 per year, with a strong mentoring program and opportunities for supervision roles.

Positions emphasize collaboration with families and IEP teams, and include in-house CEU opportunities, dues coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package. Onsite settings with regionally based offerings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CA school-based speech-language services ethically and legally.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and IEP team regarding service delivery.
• Develop goals aligned with curricular standards.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance, and records.
• Support IEP goals and generalization of skills.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
