LionStone Care seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients across healthcare, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans and improve communication and swallowing safety.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop diagnostic reports and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Provide therapy for cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation and dysphagia management.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure compliance.
