The ability to implement therapy using a coaching model approach with parent education is critical to the success of therapy outcomes. No toy bags are permitted when working with children in the CDSA. We work with families in their natural environments, coaching parents and caregivers with strategies to implement during routines.
Full-time caseloads build gradually over time. Typically, therapists are comfortable with caseloads within 2-4 months (unless inheriting a caseload upon hire).
Therapy Tree therapists should possess a desire to work with children and families. Pediatrics is a field that requires compassion and commitment.
Ability to work independently, while appreciating the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team of therapists.
Therapists are responsible for maintaining promptness to all visits, as well as communication with all members of a child's care team when there is a change in schedule. Having independent practitioners is critical to the success of our model.
At Sidekick, we're proud to be a Woman-Led Top Workplace and a Knoxville Top Workplace for four consecutive years, as well as a Top Workplace USA for two consecutive years. Our culture prioritizes flexibility, clinical excellence, and work-life balance, empowering therapists to make a meaningful impact on the children we serve.
