Therapy Tree Services is an interactive, play‑based therapy company that supports speech, language, feeding, and literacy development. By integrating evidence‑based practices with a family‑centered focus, we help families and children reach their highest potential.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Schedule visits, conduct evaluation and treatment sessions, and complete minimal documentation.
- Maintain promptness to all visits and communicate changes with the child’s care team.
- Implement therapy using a coaching model approach, providing parent education and coaching parents in their natural environments.
- Manage your own caseload and set service area limits.
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team of therapists.
- Full‑time caseloads gradually build over 2–4 months (unless inheriting a caseload upon hire).
- Ensure adherence to professional standards set by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) and all applicable state and federal laws.
Qualifications
- CF‑SLPs: must be on track to earn a Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- CCC‑SLPs: must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, ASHA CCC‑SLP certification, and be eligible for North Carolina licensure.
- Passion for working with diverse socioeconomic populations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of and commitment to a coaching model; no toy bags are permitted when working with children in the CDSA.
