Speech-Language Pathologist – Therapy Tree

Sidekick Therapy Partners (Therapy Tree) is hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists to work in homes, daycares, ABA centers, and our clinic in Cary, NC. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available for CCC‑SLPs.

About Therapy Tree Services

Therapy Tree Services is an interactive, play‑based therapy company that supports speech, language, feeding, and literacy development. By integrating evidence‑based practices with a family‑centered focus, we help families and children reach their highest potential.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Schedule visits, conduct evaluation and treatment sessions, and complete minimal documentation.
• Maintain promptness to all visits and communicate changes with the child’s care team.
• Implement therapy using a coaching model approach, providing parent education and coaching parents in their natural environments.
• Manage your own caseload and set service area limits.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team of therapists.
• Full‑time caseloads gradually build over 2–4 months (unless inheriting a caseload upon hire).
• Ensure adherence to professional standards set by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) and all applicable state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• CF‑SLPs: must be on track to earn a Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• CCC‑SLPs: must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, ASHA CCC‑SLP certification, and be eligible for North Carolina licensure.
• Passion for working with diverse socioeconomic populations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of and commitment to a coaching model; no toy bags are permitted when working with children in the CDSA.
