Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.

You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care in a SNF setting, work with patients, families, and the treatment team, and conduct swallowing evaluations and monitor progress.
