Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients according to an individualized plan of care following an evaluation in a SNF setting.

You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care, work with families and the treatment team, and monitor patients’ progress with standardized assessments and swallowing evaluations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the United States.
• Experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Experience with standardized speech-language assessments and swallowing evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to an individualized plan of care after evaluation.
• Provide patient care in an SNF setting and document progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team.
