Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluation in a SNF setting.

Responsibilities include administering standardized speech-language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress, while communicating effectively with patients, families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide patient care in an SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families and the treatment team.
• Experience with standardized speech/language assessments, swallowing evaluations and treatment planning.
