Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.

The role requires strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families and the treatment team. Experience with standardized speech-language assessments, swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with standardized speech-language assessments and swallowing evaluations.
• Ability to develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the treatment team when gathering and exchanging patient information.
• Evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.
