Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

You’ll provide care in SNF settings and work with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes administering standardized assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans to help patients regain

Qualifications

• Experience administering standardized speech-language assessments.
• Ability to conduct swallowing evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plan of care accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
