Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As part of the Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist team, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.

You will work in a SNF setting, using standardized assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, and developing treatment plans while monitoring patient progress and communicating with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide patient care in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families, and treatment team members.
• Experience with standardized speech-language assessments, swallowing evaluations, treatment plans, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
