Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for school-based positions in Pueblo, CO. The role supports K–12 students’ articulation, language, and social communication goals under supervision of a licensed SLP.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification preferred or willing to obtain.

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP.

• Implement therapy plans and activities from supervising SLP.
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams.

In this role, you’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll play a key role in helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed in the classroom setting. What We’re Looking For
