Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based, in-person position centered in Peyton, CO. You’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning, across Falcon, Peyton, and Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Valid Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Partner with teachers and families to ensure carryover of skills.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

You’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role supports schools across Falcon, Peyton, and Colorado Springs and is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
