Sigma Health Rehab in Carthage, NY is seeking a weekend Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our state‑of‑the‑art rehab team.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes, with ongoing mentorship and clinical support. This weekend role offers flexible scheduling within a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Current New York State SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
• Observe and assess the progress & prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to a team effort.

Education

A graduate of an accredited SLP Program

Current New York State SLP License
