Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a weekend Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Warren Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Queensbury, NY. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech therapy services in a state-of-the-art rehab setting with supportive mentorship and flexible weekend scheduling.

Qualified candidates will be a graduate of an accredited SLP program with an active NY license.

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Current New York State SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations and examinations to diagnose residents and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
• Observe and assess progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and ensure information security.

Roles and expectations of a great therapist include:

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

Minimum SLP Requirements Include:
