Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement speech-language therapy programs for patients with cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify strengths and weaknesses in communication.
• Develop and revise treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.

About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist/ Speech Therapist (SLP/ST), you will be responsible for organizing and providing speech-language services for our Skilled Nursing facility. Your expertise will help our patients regain their communication skills and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• License, certification, or credentialing as required in the state of practice
