Liberty Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an inpatient rehabilitation role. This PRN position allows you to provide exceptional care and make a remarkable difference in patients' lives.

Your responsibilities will include assessing and educating patients, designing care plans, and supervising clinical fellows. Applicants should possess a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and be licensed in OH.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of OH.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

How you'll contribute

Speech Language Pathologist who excels in this role:

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
• Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
