Job summary

Liberty Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide inpatient rehabilitation services. You will evaluate conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients regain daily living skills while documenting progress and collaborating with care teams.

A current Ohio OT license and CPR certification are required. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/Vision coverage, PTO, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current OT license to practice in Ohio.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• CPR certification required.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current license to practice occupational therapy in Ohio. Additional requirements include:
