Cullman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem shifts in Cullman, Alabama. Join a supportive Therapy team focused on patient-centered care and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and a focus on dysphagia management and cognition rehabilitation. Regular education for patients and families is provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Alabama SLP license and ASHA CCC certification required.
• 2+ years in skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care.
