Cullman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Cullman, Alabama is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. You will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, delivering patient‑centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP with ASHA CCC certification in Alabama.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred).
• Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation.
• Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive‑linguistic rehabilitation.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care.
