Adams Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alexander City, Alabama is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our compassionate therapy team. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current SLP and ASHA CCC certification in Alabama required
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting preferred
• Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation
• Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care
