Traylor Retirement Community in Roanoke, Alabama seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The clinician will work under the Clinical Director, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to departmental operations.
Requirements include a Master’s or doctoral degree, ASHA CCC-SLP, and Alabama state license. Preference for CFY completion or supervision under a CCC-SLP. COVID vaccination is preferred with possible exemption.

We will cover the cost for Alabama licensure.
The Staff Speech-Language Pathologist shall provide quality speech/dysphagia evaluations and treatments to patients with communication and/or swallowing deficits, and participate in the departmental operations as assigned by the Clinical Director.
Master's or doctoral degree, the Certificate of Clinical Competence of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Alabama State License.
Preferred completion of clinical fellowship year or will be supervised by a speech pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
COVID vaccination is preferred for this position. However, an exemption will be entertained.
Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Speech Pathologist provides treatment only on written prescription of a licensed physician.
