Job summary

Greenwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. You will conduct evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients with dysphagia and cognitive rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP with Kentucky license and ASHA CCC.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.
• Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation.
• Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care.
