Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• 2+ years in skilled nursing or similar (preferred)
• Dysphagia management expertise
• Geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition and swallowing
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation
• Educate patients, families and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care
