Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge information.
• Observe and assess progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with laws and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to support resident care.

Roles and expectations of a great therapist include:

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.
