Sigma Health Rehab in Buffalo, NY is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The role offers mentorship, career growth, flexible schedules, and evening/weekend hours with access to modern technology.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited SLP program with an active New York State SLP license. Join a team dedicated to compassionate rehab services and patient-centered care.

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations and examinations to diagnose residents and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
• Observe and assess progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and monitor information processing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members and contribute to a team effort.

Roles and expectations of a great therapist include:
