Connect Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist or SLP Assistant to join our home-based team serving Frisco, Little Elm, Aubrey and surrounding areas. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide in-home therapy for medically fragile children.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric evaluations using standardized tests to determine needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with various diagnoses.
• Communicate regularly with families about goals and progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy. (SLP only)
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.(SLP only)
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Salary

• Speech-Language Pathologist $55.00 to $65.00 per visit
• Speech Pathology Assistant - $40.00 to $45.00 per visit

Requirements

• A valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech Pathology Assistant license in the state of Texas.
• Current BLS/CPR License
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
