Connect Pediatrics in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Feeding Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You will provide in-home therapy to pediatric patients, coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other therapists, and build strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Texas license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Pediatric experience with feeding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
