Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year across elementary to high school settings. You will provide essential interventions to diverse learners, helping them communicate, collaborate, and thrive within their school communities.

The role is full-time, onsite, five days a week with a seven-hour daily schedule. You will work with students with a wide range of disabilities, collaborating with educational teams to develop and implement

Qualifications

• Active Washington State SLP license (Dept. of Health)
• Washington OSPI ESA certification with SLP endorsement (must be fully licensed)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school settings or working with children with a variety of disabilities strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services, both individually and in small groups
• Assess, diagnose, and document student speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and revise IEPs alongside interdisciplinary school teams
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and families, promoting strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to district, state, and federal guidelines

Job description

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, youll provide vital interventions to a diverse group of learners, helping them communicate, collaborate, and thrive within their school communities.

This contract, onsite role is a full-time position spanning five days a week, with a consistent schedule of seven hours per day. Youll work closely with students presenting a wide range of disabilities from mild to severe, collaborating with educational teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that foster growth and independence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Washington State SLP license (Dept. of Health)
• Washington State OSPI ESA certification with SLP endorsement (must be fully licensed)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
