Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary through high school students for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves direct therapy, assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance student communication outcomes.

Requirements include WA SLP license, ESA license, and CCC-SLP, with prior school-based experience. The contract includes healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State SLP license (Department of Health) required.
  • Washington State OSPI ESA License with SLP endorsement required (fully licensed candidates only).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Experience in a school setting working with students of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in elementary through high school settings.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialties as part of the student support team.
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff discussions to promote student achievement.
