Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Yelm, WA area. This full-time, onsite contract role supports students across multiple grade levels, including high school, middle, and elementary schools.

Workhands-on with students and collaborate with a supportive team to foster communication growth and academic achievement. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s in SLP, SLP-CCC credentials, and a WA license, with OSPI fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid SLP-CCC credentials required.
• Active Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to undergo fingerprinting.
• Commitment to onsite work only; virtual services not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech/language support.
