The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with SLP-CCC credentials, WA licensure, and OSPI fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• SLP-CCC credentials required.
• Experience in school-based therapy preferred.
• Active WA license or willingness to obtain before start.
• OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to undergo fingerprinting.
• Onsite work exclusively; virtual services not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech/language support.
