Job summary

BlazerJobs is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role supports K-12 students across elementary to high school levels, with a 37.5-hour work week.

The ideal candidate holds a Washington SLP license (or willingness to obtain) and CCC in Speech-Language Pathology, with prior school experience preferred. Fingerprinting via OSPI may be required.

Qualifications

Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives during the 2026-2027 school year as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time opportunity offers you 37.5 hours per week, onsite only, as you step into a vital role supporting students’ communication and language development across high school, middle school, and elementary levels. You’ll have the unique opportunity to provide direct and collaborative services, replacing prior virtual staff to ensure students receive the personalized, in-person care they need.

Key Qualifications

• Valid Washington SLP License, or the willingness to obtain one before your start date
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Must be able to pass fingerprinting through OSPI or be willing to complete this process
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
