Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract in Washington. You will support two elementary schools, travel between sites, and collaborate with teachers and families to foster student success from kindergarten through fifth grade.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active WA SLP license.
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate (WA) required.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum of two years in school-based settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech therapy to K–5 students.
  • Develop and implement IEPs for identified students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy approaches.

Embark on a rewarding school-based contract opportunity providing transformative speech-language pathology services to elementary-aged students. Key Qualifications:

  • Active WA Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate (WA)
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Minimum of two years of prior experience in school-based settings
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Experience supporting elementary students and managing split locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy to elementary students, addressing diverse K-5 needs
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
